Deleting your Cytrongift account means permanently removing all your personal information, account data, and transaction history from our platform. It will also revoke your access to the platform and terminate any ongoing transactions or services.

Before deleting your Cytrongift account, you should withdraw any available funds in your account. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to retrieve any data or access your account again. Also, you will not be able to register a new account with the same email address, username, phone number or KYC records.

It is essential to note that deleting your account is an irreversible process, and you cannot reactivate your account once it is deleted. Therefore, it is crucial to make sure that you want to delete your account before proceeding with the deletion process.

Unfortunately Canceling a transaction on Cytrongift from the user end is impossible. But don't worry our friendly support team is always here to help.

Just reach out to support, and we will be able to confirm the status of the transaction, If the transaction is not being processed yet, we will be able to cancel it for you.

1. Register or Sign in on our service.
2. Go to your Account and fill the selling form.
3. Submit your gift card to us.
4. Within 24 hours your card will be verified by our moderators and you will receive funds to your account on the site.
5. Withdraw the funds using a convenient method in your account.

• PENDING: This means it is being attended to and will soon be completed. Also, please understand that some gift cards take longer to process. Kindly exercise patience and await an update on the transaction.
• REJECTED: This means that the transaction was not processed successfully. The rejection reason varies and it is always attached to the feedback of the affected transaction. Kindly go to your transaction history and open the transaction details, you will find the REJECTION REASON and PROOF on there.
• COMPLETED: This means that the transaction has been processed successfully and the payment is now available.

When a transaction is rejected, it means that the transaction was not processed successfully. The rejection reason varies and it is always attached to the feedback of the affected transaction.

To make a withdrawal on Cytrongift, you first need to go to your Account to Funds section.

Click "Withdraw Funds," input the amount you want to withdraw, select the payout method and fill your address/purse number.

Withdrawals typically take just a few minutes to reflect in your wallet.

There is no withdrawal fee on Cytrongift.

When your withdrawal request fails, it means that your bank was not available to receive the transfer from our end, or your bank account cannot receive up to the amount you are trying to withdraw.

When this happens, the fund will be reversed to your Cytrongift wallet. You can try again afterwards.

Pending confirmation implies that the withdrawal in question has been successfully sent from our bank, and we are awaiting confirmation of the status from the user's bank.

If we do not get an update from the user's bank after 3 hours, the withdrawal will fail and the fund is automatically reversed to the customer’s Cytrongift wallet.

Withdrawals are seamless and completed within 30-180 minutes. Please be patient and contact support if you don't get it within 24 hours.
